Handmade 52100 Carbon Steel 210mm Chef's Knife Bocote Handle

This full tanged Gyuyo style chef's knife is made from 52100 Carbon Steel hardened to 60-61 HRC.

The cutting edge is 210mm long, 3.2mm thick at the handle and 50mm wide.

The handle is bookmatched Bocote 120mm long with brass pins.

The blade has been asymmetrically ground for right handed use.

It weighs 266g and balances a few mm forward of the handle.

 

It will have our logo etched onto the blade before dispatch unless otherwise requested.
