Stainless AEB-L 180mm Chef's Knife Cocobolo Handle

This chef's knife is made from AEB-L hardened to 59-60 HRC.
Tthe blade is 180mm long, 3.2mm thick at the handle and 40mm wide.
The handle is bookmatched Cocobolo 150mm long with 2 brass pins and 1 stainless steel and brass mosaic pin.
The blade has been symmetrically ground for right and left handed use.
Weighs in at 188g with the balance point where handle ends.
